In this direction, we are looking for a teammate for the “Senior Sustainability Specialist” position.

General Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree,
• At least 4 years of experience in sustainability management and reporting,
• Knowledge of emission management, carbon footprint calculation and reporting,
• Promotes sustainability awareness, motivates and develops teams,
• Demonstrates a root-cause-oriented and transparent approach that increases data accuracy and process efficiency,
• Transforms operational data into sustainability outputs with data analysis and reporting competencies,
• Produces sustainable results by turning strategies into action,
• Proficient in English at a level to communicate verbally and in writing with global teams.

Job Description:

• Deploy the sustainability vision in line with company strategies into the field; lead the design of operational processes in an efficient, environmentally friendly, and lean structure.
• Position sustainability as a way of doing business; build a transparent, inclusive, and highly motivated team culture.
• Interpret emission targets, energy efficiency, and resource management outputs; develop proactive action plans and early warning mechanisms to protect the company against global climate risks and changing trends.
• Within the framework of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.) and international regulations, strengthen corporate memory and ensure the system’s currency, legal compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze sustainability processes end-to-end; guide the implementation of carbon reduction and green transformation projects through cross-departmental collaboration.
• Interpret emission and resource management outputs; develop proactive action plans and early warning mechanisms against global climate risks.
• Within the framework of Integrated Management Systems and international regulations; ensure the system’s legal compliance, currency, and corporate memory.
• Observe sustainability criteria across all processes from the supply chain to the end consumer and strengthen the leading position by coordinating sectoral collaborations.
