Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily with the Zoho implementation partner to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Collaborate with business departments (Finance, Sales, CRM, Projects, Procurement, etc.) to gather, analyze, and validate system requirements.
Review and validate workflows, automations, blueprints, and custom functions developed by the vendor.
Manage system configurations, user roles, permissions, and data access policies.
Monitor system performance, ensure uptime, and identify optimization opportunities.
Follow up on support tickets with the vendor and ensure timely resolution.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system modules prior to go-live.
Assist in data migration, cleanup, and validation activities.
Create technical documentation and user guides for internal stakeholders.
Deliver training and support to users across departments.
Coordinate post-implementation support and manage change requests with the vendor.
Ensure ERP processes align with company policies, procedures, and workflow standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience with ERP systems (Zoho preferred, or similar platforms such as Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics).
Strong understanding of business processes including Finance, HR, Procurement, and Projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
