Senior Talent Acquisition

About the Role


We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for immediate joining. To play a strategic role in attracting, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent and specialized roles.

As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to shaping workforce planning, and building sustainable talent pipelines to support long-term business growth.


Job Responsibilities and Duties


-Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term workforce planning.


-Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide consultative support.


-Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for specialized and hard-to-fill roles through proactive sourcing and networking.


-Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and onboarding coordination.


-Utilize advanced interview techniques and evaluation methods to ensure high-quality hiring decisions.


-Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics to enhance efficiency and reporting.


-Strong market insight, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to operate in fast-paced, competitive environments.


Required skills and qualifications:


-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus

- Proficient in full-cycle recruiting, utilizing various interview techniques and evaluation methods
