Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles across the organization, from job design through offer and onboarding.

Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs, build workforce plans, and align recruitment strategy with business priorities.

Source, engage, and assess top talent using a mix of proactive headhunting, campus recruiting, and employer branding initiatives.

Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future roles, ensuring a diverse and inclusive process.

Manage applicant tracking and recruitment metrics to ensure timely and quality hires, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.

Sponsor candidate experience initiatives, including interview guidance, feedback loops, and a positive employer brand.

Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and external partners to design competitive, market-aligned compensation and benefits proposals.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Mentor and coach junior recruiters and Talent Acquisition Coordinators to build team capability.
Required Qualifications
7-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

Track record of filling senior-level and niche roles in a competitive market.

Familiarity with ATS/CRM systems, data-driven recruiting, and recruitment analytics.
