This is a strategic and hands-on talent acquisition leadership role. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager (Tech) will own full-cycle recruitment for technical and business roles across the company, build and scale a high-performing recruitment function, and position us as a top employer in the region.

You will lead a growing TA team, work directly with senior leadership, and help create an employer brand that makes us a first-choice workplace for top talent in Pakistan, UAE, and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment

  • Own end-to-end hiring for all roles including Engineers (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack), Hardware Engineers, Designers, PMs, QA, DevOps, Sales, Technicians, etc.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines for both immediate and long-term needs.
  • Conduct technical and culture-fit screening — not just CV matching.
  • Reduce hiring time and cost while improving quality of hire.

Talent Strategy, Planning & Scaling

  • Create data-driven hiring plans aligned with company growth roadmaps.
  • Forecast headcount needs in collaboration with HR, delivery, and leadership teams.
  • Build and evolve hiring OKRs, dashboards, and success metrics.

Team Leadership & Process Ownership

  • Manage existing recruiters and scale the team as needed.
  • Develop SOPs for sourcing, screening, assessments, interview cycles, and offers.
  • Digitize and automate hiring workflows.
  • Train hiring managers on interviewing, candidate experience, and evaluation frameworks.

Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

  • Build our presence on LinkedIn, universities, communities, tech events, and platforms like GitHub, AngelList, StackOverflow, etc.
  • Lead campaigns that position us as a top tech employer in Pakistan and the UAE.
  • Plan and execute engineering hiring events, hackathons, referral drives, and brand campaigns.
  • University, Internship & Early Talent Hiring
  • Develop and own internship pipelines, graduate programs, and campus hiring strategy.
  • Build relationships with top tech universities across Pakistan and the UAE.
  • Ensure internship → full-time conversion pipeline is strong and structured.

Candidate Experience Ownership

  • Ensure a transparent, fast, and respectful hiring journey for all candidates.
  • Create mechanisms for feedback, communication, and employer brand consistency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with deep focus on tech hiring.
  • Proven experience hiring software engineers, hardware engineers, product roles, designers, QA, DevOps, sales, and technical roles.
  • Strong understanding of technical stacks, engineering roles, and tech culture.
  • Experience leading a TA team or function in a fast-growing tech company or startup.
  • Full lifecycle recruitment expertise — sourcing to onboarding.
  • Experience in campus hiring, internship programs, and referral programs.
  • Strong understanding of ATS, recruitment automation, sourcing tools, and hiring analytics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
