Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, execute employment fairs and campus engagement activities, build strong partnerships with leading universities.
  • Manage relationships and contracts with recruitment agencies to ensure high-quality sources and compliance with company standards.
  • Drive C-level and global recruitment across multiple regions and functions, coordinating with senior leadership to understand talent needs.
  • Design, implement, and manage end-to-end talent programs, from talent identification to program completion and evaluation.
  • Serve as the administrator and operator for the ATS platform, continuously improving, advocating, and enhancing process efficiency.
  • Develop and implement employer branding initiatives, collaborating with marketing and communications teams to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar HR role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in global or regional recruitment, ideally spanning multiple geographies or domains.
  • Proven expertise in ATS implementation, administration, and process optimization.
  • Track record in collaborating with external vendors, especially recruitment agencies, including experience with contract management.
  • Ability to lead employer branding programs and effectively engage with universities and other partners.
  • Strong planning, project management, and communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally and with senior leadership.
