Job Purpose
As a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a broad mix of roles, including both white-collar and blue-collar positions. Acting as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, you will ensure the timely execution of the annual manpower plan while securing top-tier talent for the organization. This role is essential to shaping our workforce, elevating the candidate’s experience, and strengthening our employer brand in the market.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Execute the annual manpower plan to meet business demands and support long-term strategic objectives.

Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, define job requirements, and design effective sourcing strategies.

Manage the offer stage, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and initiating pre-employment background checks.
Talent Sourcing, Pipeline Development & Employer Branding

Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, industry networks, referrals, and various online platforms and databases.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to meet current and future hiring needs.

Research and recommend innovative sourcing tools, techniques, and strategies to attract top-tier candidates.

Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s culture, values, and employee experience.

Participate in employer branding initiatives, including creating and sharing engaging content on social media to boost visibility and attract diverse talent.

Ensure a world-class candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Represent the company at virtual and in-person industry and employment events to strengthen brand presence and outreach.
Talent Assessment

Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Develop and utilize structured interview questions and assessment tools to ensure fair, consistent evaluation.

Provide hiring managers with detailed candidate feedback and informed recommendations.

Manage the job offer process, including preparing contract memorandums and formally communicating offers.

Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as medical checks and background screenings to ensure a smooth onboarding transition.

Carefully review and verify all hiring documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
Exit Interviews, Analysis & Reporting

Conduct exit interviews to gather actionable insights from departing employees.

Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and provide recommendations to HR leadership on employee retention and engagement.

Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.

Use data-driven insights to prepare regular reports that inform recruitment strategies and highlight areas for improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.

3–5 years of proven experience in a full-cycle recruitment role.

Hands-on experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on social platforms, crafting Boolean search strings).

Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

High level of integrity and the ability to manage confidential information.

Familiarity with local labor laws and hiring compliance.
