1. PRIMARY PURPOSE

-Responsible to connect with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers.

-Responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

2. RESPONSIBILITIES

01. Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques to attract top talent.

02. Maintain a strong presence in professional networks, industry events, and conferences to proactively identify potential candidates.

03. Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation as an employer of choice.

04. Identifies future hiring needs and develops job descriptions and specifications.

05. Collaborates with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.

06. Creates and publishes job ads in various portals.

07. Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.

08. Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it, develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements.

09. Screens resumes and job applications.

10. Conducts initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.

11. Interviews candidates in-person for a wide range of roles (junior, senior and executive). 12. Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire.

13. Designs, distributes and measures the results of candidate experience surveys.

14. Trains and advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.

15. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

16. Maintains a database of potential candidates for future job openings.

17. Completes paperwork for new hires.

18. Proactively build and maintain a robust talent pipeline, identifying and nurturing relationships with potential future hires.

19. Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.

20. Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

3. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE

A. Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration

or relevant field.

B. Experience:

2 years of recruiting experience preferred.

4. Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication skills.

Good interpersonal skills.

Good decision-making skills.

Excellent organizational and time management skills

knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
