Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree

5+ years of talent acquisition

Advanced experience in recruiting sourcing tools

Strong analytical skills with a passion for research, data, and a creative approach to sourcing

Expert-level knowledge of candidate attraction, engagement, and relationship management, with proven success in building long-term talent pipelines

Strong process orientation with the goal of designing, improving, and scaling best-in-class recruitment practices

Team player with a high sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a quickly changing environment, and who wants to continue to learn and help drive Pegasus recruitment team forward for the future

Excellent planning, communication, and interpersonal skills in both English and Turkish, with a proven ability to take initiative and influence stakeholders

Self-motivated, strong time-management skills, high attention to detail, and excellent organizational capabilities
In this role, you will

Work closely with senior management, hiring managers, and the HR Business Partner team to develop annual staffing and workforce plans specifically for Cabin Crew and Technical roles

Enhance the end-to-end candidate experience by leveraging candidate feedback, recruitment analytics, and continuous improvement practices

Contribute ideas to and actively participate in employer branding initiatives, including social media, career events, and talent communities

Proactively build and nurture diverse and future-ready talent pipelines and manage the candidate experience throughout the sourcing and selection process

Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies and selection methodologies aligned with business needs for assigned operational and technical functions

Strengthen the employer brand by clearly communicating Pegasus’ culture, values, and career opportunities during all recruitment interactions

Provide talent market insights, competitive intelligence, and workforce demographics to support informed decision-making by hiring managers and executive leadership

Ensure all sourced candidates are accurately tracked and reported in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support compliance, reporting, and process transparency
