ABS International (Gulistan-e-Johar) is hiring a Senior Recruitment Specialist for our Internal HR Team. We are a 16-Year US Business. This is a corporate role, focusing on quality hiring for our US Operations. We strongly encourage Female Candidates to apply.

THE ROLE:

• Shift: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM (Mon-Sat).
• Alignment: Work live with our US Managers to coordinate interviews and closings in real-time.
• Environment: Safe, professional office in Gulistan-e-Johar (Block 14) with a supportive HR culture.

⚔THE MISSION (Hunter Mindset):

• Source: We value Skills over Software. You will use Boolean Search, X-Ray techniques, and Networking to find hidden talent (Sales & Support).
• Screen: Conduct professional phone interviews. Your English must be flawless to assess candidates for US roles.
• Close: Manage the pipeline and ensure candidates attend interviews.

REQUIREMENTS:
