A Talent Acquisition Lead with experience in real estate sales, construction, and hospitality domains typically has the responsibility to strategize, lead, and manage full-cycle recruitment efforts tailored to these industry sectors. This includes partnering closely with business heads to identify hiring needs, sourcing and assessing candidates, managing recruitment teams, and ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with industry-specific requirements.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, understanding the nuances of real estate sales, construction, and hospitality industry talent needs.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract specialized candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to forecast workforce needs, define job descriptions, and develop selection criteria specific to each domain.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands, especially for critical roles in sales, engineering, construction management, and hospitality services.
  • Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and continuously improve processes.
  • Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance on candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation tailored to industry standards.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and contractors to optimize recruitment operations.
  • Oversee employer branding activities targeted at attracting talent in the real estate, construction, and hospitality markets.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, organizational policies, and industry-specific practices during recruitment.

Industry-Specific Considerations

  • Real Estate Sales: Focus on sourcing sales professionals with extensive market knowledge and client relationship skills.
  • Construction: Target candidates with technical expertise in construction project management, engineering, and skilled trades.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
