- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to forecast workforce needs, define job descriptions, and develop selection criteria specific to each domain.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands, especially for critical roles in sales, engineering, construction management, and hospitality services.
- Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and continuously improve processes.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance on candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation tailored to industry standards.
