Job Purpose
Driving the attraction and hiring of top talent by managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to align workforce planning with business objectives, and building strong talent pipelines for sustainable growth. Leveraging data analytics to assess hiring trends, optimize sourcing strategies, and enhance decision-making. Strengthening employer branding to position the organization as a top employer while continuously refining recruitment processes for efficiency and impact.



RESPONSIBILITIES
  • ·     Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure an efficient and effective hiring experience.
  • ·     Identify, attract, and maintain a pipeline of top talent using various sourcing methods.
  • ·     Review applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments to ensure the right fit.
  • ·     Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, forecast hiring needs, identify skill gaps, and align talent acquisition with business goals.
  • ·    Own the candidate experience, ensuring clear communication, timely feedback, and an exceptional hiring journey at all stages.
  • ·     Ensure compliance with hiring policies and promote diversity and inclusion best practices.
  • ·     Manage salary negotiations, complex job offers, and executive-level hiring processes, ensuring alignment with compensation structures and internal equity.
  • ·     Analyze and report key hiring metrics, providing insights to improve recruitment strategies and ensure compliance with labor laws and ethical hiring practices.
  • ·     Enhance employer branding by promoting the company through social media, career events, and other attraction initiatives.
  • ·     Mentor and support junior TA team members, providing guidance on best practices, sourcing techniques, and process optimization.


REQUIREMENTS
  • ·     Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • ·     3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles.
  • ·     Strong experience with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • ·     Experience with various sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and networking).
  • ·     Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • ·     Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
  • ·     Understanding of market trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring strategies.
  • ·     Knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and diversity hiring best practices.
