What You’ll Do

Lead Recruitment Strategy: Execute and oversee recruitment strategies for professional and frontline hiring, ensuring alignment with PepsiCo’s workforce needs and business goals.

Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and your talent acquisition team to ensure seamless service delivery, acting as a trusted advisor.

Drive Team Performance: Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing team of recruiters across the globe, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and process efficiency.

Optimize Recruitment Processes: Identify inefficiencies, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the recruitment function.

Ensure Compliance & Process Adherence: Maintain compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and PepsiCo’s global hiring standards.

Leverage Data & Market Insights: Use recruitment metrics and external labor market trends to enhance sourcing strategies and improve hiring outcomes.

Enhance Technology & Tools: Drive adoption of recruitment technology, optimizing ATS and CRM tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborate with Global TA Teams: Align with global talent strategies, share regional insights, and contribute to PepsiCo’s continuous TA transformation.
Qualifications
What You’ll Need to Succeed

Proven leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing recruitment teams.

10+ years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience managing recruitment operations and teams across multiple locations/functions.

Strong full-cycle recruitment expertise in professional hiring.

Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with HR, business leaders, and global teams.

Proven leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and developing high-performing recruitment teams.

Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics in Visier, generate reports, and optimize hiring strategies.

Expertise in recruitment compliance, employment laws, and risk management.

Proficiency in ATS, CRM, and recruitment automation tools, driving adoption and process efficiency.

Strong adaptability and agility in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Global experience within a multinational organization.

Excellent communication and presentation skills with fluency in English.
