Key Responsibilities:

Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for mid to senior roles

Manage performance review cycles, learning & development, and career progression

Plan and execute employee engagement, retention, and recognition initiatives

Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations

Maintain employee records, contracts, probation reviews, and HR reporting
-
Support organizational change initiatives and small-to-medium HR projects
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
-
4–6 years of HR / People & Culture experience, preferably in startups, NGOs, or social enterprises

Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices
-
Experience with HRIS / ATS tools
-
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
