  • Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating all assessment system tasks and daily operational talent management activities and assigned projects, collaborating with key stakeholders, and aiding the talent team in accurately organizing and upkeeping data/presentations.

  • Administer tasks related to assessment systems, ensuring efficient management and accurate implementation of psychometrics.
  • Participate in various competency framework activities contributing to the overall effectiveness of talent management processes.
  • Design tailored learning outcomes by aligning Almarai Competencies with specific business requirements, ensuring a targeted and effective approach to employee development.
  • Support OD Manager by actively participating in the planning and execution of competency road shows, contributing to the successful promotion and implementation of organizational development initiatives.



  • Person Specifications:

Bachelor’s degree in psychology from a reputable local/international institution / or related discipline.


  • Professional Experiences:

+2 Year of experience in a role relevant to Talent Management
