Senior Talent Management Specialist | Fulltime
Job Description:
Job Purpose:
Supporting the organization's talent management initiatives, including employee engagement, performance management, onboarding, training and development, and policy implementation. They serve as a key liaison between employees and the talent management team, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and providing guidance to employees on talent-related matters.
- Support and participate in developing and implementing employee engagement activities including but not limited to engagement survey launch, result communications, focus group and action planning.
- Support in performance management activities. E.g. goal setting, awareness sessions, year end activities, tools administration.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding to new hires including but not limited to leading the organization of orientation sessions, onboarding tool administration…etc.
- Support in training and development programs and activities including but not limited to trainings providers selection, training satisfaction and impact surveys analysis and reporting.
- Support in the job profiling activities, e.g drafting, and maintaining up to date Job Profiles.
- Staying up to date with TM market trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of TM policies and ensure compliance.
- Follow the TM processes and policies and ensure accurate data entry and documentation.
Respond to employees inquires and assist them in TM related topics
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant related field.
- 3+ years in HR
- Advanced Microsoft office skills is a must.
- Understanding of talent management practices.
