Role Summary

The Senior Talent Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple mandates, support clients, and build strong candidate pipelines. The role demands maturity, communication excellence, and strong execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Research & Talent Mapping

  • Conduct structured research and create talent maps.
  • Identify and source candidates using advanced search techniques.
  • Maintain strong talent pools for priority functions.

2. Candidate Management

  • Conduct detailed screening and competency-based evaluations.
  • Manage candidate expectations and communication.
  • Prepare candidate summaries and evaluation notes.

3. Mandate Delivery

  • Handle 6–10 active mandates independently.
  • Share shortlisted candidates with clients and manage feedback cycles.
  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and final selection.

4. Client Coordination

  • Engage with hiring managers for role briefs and updates.
  • Participate in client calls and provide mandate progress reports.
  • Maintain documentation and client trackers.

5. Assessment & Reporting

  • Conduct structured interviews.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and internal documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and high-quality documentation.

6. Market Intelligence

  • Track industry movements, salary trends, and talent availability.
  • Share insights internally to improve search outcomes.

7. Team Collaboration

  • Guide junior recruiters and support their sourcing activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for postings and updates.

Candidate Profile

  • 3–5 years of recruitment experience
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple roles independently
  • Excellent sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Boolean search)
  • Organised, proactive, and goal-oriented
