Mehanna Advisors is a dental-exclusive accounting and tax advisory firm. We work with dentists and dental practice owners across the country, handling their bookkeeping, tax planning, and tax preparation under one roof. We are growing fast, and we are building a team of people who care about doing great work without burning out to do it.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Tax Accountant to take ownership of client tax work from planning through preparation. You will manage your own book of clients, deliver proactive tax planning, and help us raise the bar on what dental practice owners expect from their CPA.

What You Will Do

• Prepare and review individual, S-corp, partnership, and C-corp returns
• Lead proactive tax planning conversations with clients throughout the year, not just at filing time
• Research technical issues and translate them into plain language clients actually understand
• Review bookkeeping and financials to spot planning opportunities and clean up problems early
• Mentor junior staff and help refine our processes as we scale

What We Are Looking For

• CPA or EA preferred, or actively pursuing it
• 4 plus years of public accounting and tax experience
• Strong technical foundation in pass-through entities and individual taxation
• Comfortable working directly with clients and owning relationships
• Detail oriented, self-directed, and genuinely curious about tax strategy

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
