Drive dealer acquisition, activation, cross-sell, and revenue growth across both businesses

Increase financing penetration and service attach rates within the dealer base

Lead, coach, and manage a 7–8 member sales team with clear targets and KPIs

Manage end-to-end sales funnel, ensuring strong conversion and TAT adherence

Act as key SPOC for dealer relationships and escalations

Collaborate with operations, product, and tech teams to improve dealer experience

Track MIS, set team level targets, analyse team performance, and drive corrective actions across dealers to achieve monthly / quarterly targets
