Role

Lead business development and sales across Dealer Services (Auto Loans, Valuations, Insurance, and Value-Added Services (VAS) and Dealer Financing. Own dealer relationships, revenue targets, and team performance within the CARS24 dealer ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales and business development for Dealer services for Auto Loans, Valuations, Insurance, and VAS
  • Responsible for sales and business development for Dealer financing vertical
  • Drive dealer acquisition, activation, cross-sell, and revenue growth across both businesses
  • Increase financing penetration and service attach rates within the dealer base
  • Lead, coach, and manage a 7–8 member sales team with clear targets and KPIs
  • Manage end-to-end sales funnel, ensuring strong conversion and TAT adherence
  • Act as key SPOC for dealer relationships and escalations
  • Collaborate with operations, product, and tech teams to improve dealer experience
  • Track MIS, set team level targets, analyse team performance, and drive corrective actions across dealers to achieve monthly / quarterly targets
  • Ensure compliance with credit, insurance, and process guidelines

Experience & Qualification

  • 12+ years of experience in sales / business developement
  • 6+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Experience managing multi-product sales teams preferred
