The Opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Team Manager to Co-ordinate all quality poultry related aspects in the Processing Plant in Primary Area under the guidance of the Asst. QA Manager for Primary and Site QA Manager.

Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields
• Minimum of 3-5-year experience in a Quality role within a Meat Processing Plant (preferably poultry)
• Knowledge of ISO-22000 and Quality Management System
• Qualification with Food Technology
• Qualified in Quality, Quality systems and Quality Audits
• Conversant with best practice Quality standards such as outlined by APD and ISO 22000:2005.
• Good knowledge of Meat Processing Plant & Packaging
• Must be able to lead and command multitask work groups on Quality aspects
• Must be able to conduct Quality awareness program independently.
• Able to manage both national or foreigner employees and lead them to a Quality culture.
• Excellent written and spoken English
