Senior Tech Lead / Solutions Architect (Regulatory-Aware)

Must-Have Skills

• 7+ years backend/infrastructure experience
• Experience with financial services architecture (fintech, banking, payments)
• Understanding of regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, licensing)
• Strong documentation skills (technical + regulatory)
• Blockchain/smart contracts knowledge (at least conceptual level)
• English: C1+ (communication with regulators is required)
• Nice-to-Have
• Previous experience with VARA/MiCA/FCA regulatory submissions
• Worked in licensed crypto exchange or tokenization platform
• DevOps/Infrastructure background (AWS, Azure, K8s)
• Legal tech background (compliance automation)

Key Responsibilities

• Translate regulatory requirements into technical architecture
• Write technical sections for VARA license applications
• Design compliance-first systems (audit trails, reporting, KYT integration)
• Review and approve smart contracts architecture
• Infrastructure design for multi-product ecosystem
