Senior Technical and Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all technical and engineering aspects of the housing construction project.
• Oversee architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination to ensure seamless integration and execution.
• Review and validate design documents, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and local authorities to ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and timeline standards.
• Lead technical meetings and resolve design and site-related issues promptly.
• Provide leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders.
• Support procurement and contract teams in evaluating technical aspects of bids and materials.
• Ensure implementation of value engineering and cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum 12–15 years of experience in large-scale housing or residential construction projects.
• Proven experience in MEP coordination and integration with architectural and structural systems.
• Experience working in international or remote project locations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and international construction standards.
