? Certification: Certified as a Lead System Architect (CLSA) in Pega version 7.x or 8.x, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the role. ? Technical Expertise: Proven experience in designing and implementing solutions using the latest Pega versions, including 8.x and/or Infinity.
o Knowledge of advanced or latest concepts such as Low Code No Code, Constellation, Process Fabric, Containerization, Externalization, App Studio, Gen AI, Knowledge Buddy etc, ? Core Knowledge: Deep understanding of key Pega capabilities such as case management, data management, integrations, security, and system administration. o REST ? Connectors and Services o OAuth, RBAC, ABAC o High level overview of Nodes, Clusters, Node classification etc ?
Performance and Optimization: Advanced skills in performance tuning, application monitoring, and database management. ? User Interface Expertise: Strong knowledge of Pega?s UI architectures and the ability to advise on the best fit for different business needs. ?
Mentorship: Experienced in mentoring and coaching junior architects and developers, with a focus on best practices, design patterns, and Pega methodologies. ? Collaboration: Works closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and product owners to understand needs, manage expectations, and ensure solutions align with business goals. ?
Process and Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled in Agile and DevOps practices, with strengths in problem-solving, change management, and adaptability. Nice-To Have Requirements: ?
