Reporting to the Lead Technical Architect, this role requires expertise in coordinating with stakeholders, mentoring teams, and maintaining high-quality technical documentation throughout all design stages.Responsibilities includeLead the technical development of projects across all design stages, focusing on authority submissions and complianceReview and approve detailed design drawings, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and constructabilityCoordinate technical aspects with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve design and construction challenges effectively.Ensure all technical documentation adheres to local authority codes, standards, and international best practicesDemonstrate knowledge of major international codes (e.g., IBC, NFPA, ASHRAE) to guide technical complianceManage and mentor technical design teams to achieve project objectives while fostering professional growthConduct regular reviews to maintain design quality and compliance throughout the project lifecycleCoordinate with the Lead Technical Architect to align with project targets and design compliance requirements.Safeguard the design intent, ensuring the final technical output aligns with the original creative vision.Handle local authority submissions, including compliance with Dubai Municipality regulationsEducational Qualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture or a related field.Experience:Minimum 8-15 YearsRole Specific Qualifications & Training:Certification in BIM workflows preferredDubai Municipality RegistrationpreferredComputer and Software ProficiencyRevitAutoCADNavisworksBim360Adobe SuiteOffice SuiteBehavioral Competencies:Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.Industries acceptable:Architectural Design or Hospitality Design
