Job Titile: Senior Technical Consultant
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a Senior Technical Consultant with a strong blend of application expertise and project management capabilities across Oracle Unifier, Oracle Fusion, and Oracle Hospitality (Opera PMS).This role will act as a key bridge between the Application Delivery/Engineering teams and L1 Application Support, ensuring seamless translation of business and technical requirements into operational support activities such as user access management, provisioning, and permissions control.
Qualification: Graduation
Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus
Experience: 8–12+ years total IT experience
Reponsibilities:
Application & Solution Ownership
- Provide technical oversight across:

Oracle Unifier
- Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP)
- Oracle Opera PMS
- Support solution design, enhancements, and ongoing optimization of applications.
- Ensure application configurations align with business processes and governance standards.
Project Management & Delivery
- Lead and manage application-related projects and enhancements end-to-end.
- Define scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource planning.
- Track project progress, risks, and dependencies, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business, vendors, and IT.
L1 Support Enablement & Governance
- Act as a mediator between Application Teams and L1 Support:

Translate functional and technical requirements into clear operational instructions.
- Enable L1 teams to effectively perform day-to-day support tasks.
- Govern and oversee L1 activities including:

User provisioning and de-provisioning
- Role assignment and modification
- Access control and permission enablement
- Account audits and compliance checks
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks for L1 teams.
Access & Identity Management
- Ensure proper implementation of role-based access control (RBAC) across systems.
- Validate user access requests against business roles and compliance policies.
- Coordinate periodic access reviews and ensure audit readiness.
- Work closely with security and compliance teams.
Integration & Technical Coordination
- Oversee integrations between:

Oracle Fusion, Unifier, and Opera
- Third-party applications (HR systems, POS, CRM, etc.)
- Collaborate with integration teams to ensure smooth data flow and issue resolution.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Act as the single point of contact for business teams and application owners.
- Conduct regular governance meetings with L1 and application teams.
- Provide regular updates on system performance, incidents, and improvements.
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions.
Support & Continuous Improvement
- Provide L2/L3 escalation support when required.
- Identify automation opportunities for L1 repetitive tasks (user management, reporting).
- Continuously improve processes for efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
