We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Specialist to drive our partner onboarding, engagement, and channel sales processes within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion PRM modules, strong understanding of channel operations, and the ability to optimize partner journeys, deal registrations, and partner lifecycle processes. This role requires both technical functional expertise and strong business acumen to enhance partner collaboration and improve channel performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, manage, and optimize Oracle Fusion PRM modules including Partner Accounts, Partner Contacts, Partner Users, Deal Registration, MDF, and Partner Portal
  • Design and implement partner onboarding workflows, membership programs, tiering models, and incentive structures
  • Build and manage deal registration processes, including validation rules, approvals, and opportunity conversion logic
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between PRM, Sales Cloud, Eloqua, and external systems
  • Manage partner portal experience using Redwood UX, Application Composer, Page Composer, and sandbox customizations
  • Maintain data accuracy, compliance with privacy regulations and lead scoring models
  • Generate dashboards and reports to present insights and recommendations
  • Continuously test and optimize campaigns through testing and performance feedback loops
  • Ensure best practices for deliverability, sender reputation, and email compliance
  • Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to gather requirements and document system configurations
  • Attend project meetings and contribute to discussions with support from mentors and senior team members

Must Have:

  • Experience with marketing integration for partner communications and lead distribution
  • Manage and lead projects independently
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Experience with channel performance analytics and partner scorecard creation
  • Exposure to Redwood Partner Portal customization
  • Basic understanding of sales territories and assignment models
