Senior Technical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Engineer to lead technical solutions, support complex engineering projects, and mentor junior engineers. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience in design, implementation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions and systems
• Analyze technical requirements and provide optimal engineering solutions
• Lead and support project execution from concept to completion
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure timely resolution
• Review designs, drawings, and technical documentation
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and technical staff
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Computer or related field)
• 5-10 years of relevant technical engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of design tools, CAD software, or relevant technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
