Key Responsibilities

• Design and Analysis: Develop, review, and approve technical drawings, calculations, and specifications (e.g., HVAC, structural, or electrical).
• Project Leadership: Manage project lifecycles, including planning, scheduling, risk assessments (HAZID/HAZOP), and vendor coordination.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose complex system failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Quality and Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to safety codes, industry standards (ISO, IEEE, etc.), and internal company procedures.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior engineers and technicians.
• Documentation: Generate detailed technical reports, manuals, and proposals.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline).
• Experience: Typically 7+ years of relevant, hands-on engineering experience in specific industry sectors.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of industry-specific software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, MATLAB) and, for IT/hardware roles, proficiency in network infrastructure or system analysis.
• Licensure: Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration is often required or preferred.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams.
