Senior Technical & Estimation Engineer

We’re looking for a civil engineer with strong expertise in tendering, shop drawings, and quantity surveying during construction. You’ll support the full project life cycle and prepare tender documents.

Key Responsibilities

• Tender & Scope Analysis.
• Payment certificates.
• Review BOQs, drawings, specs.
• Project cost management.
• Quantity Surveying during Construction
• Quantity Take-Off & Civil Cost Estimation
• Monitor ongoing project costs vs. budget; issue interim valuations.
• Manage contract variations, change orders, and cost adjustments.
• Compile monthly cost control and progress reports

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil tendering, shop drawings, technical submittals, and quantity surveying during execution.
• Proficiency in BOQ take-offs, civil cost estimation, and ongoing budget monitoring.
• Strong AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera MS
• Project skills.
• Excellent communicator with strong coordination and technical documentation capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and deadline-driven.
• UAE driving license preferred.
