The Technical/InfoSec Architect is responsible for designing and architecting secure, scalable, and maintainable systems and solutions within the FinTech environment. This role involves defining technical standards, evaluating technologies, and providing guidance to development teams with a strong focus on security best practices. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in banks or financial institutions and some exposure to banking applications like core banking, CRM, and others.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years 1 of experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect, or in a similar role with a strong emphasis on security. Proven experience in designing complex systems and implementing security measures. Previous experience in banks or financial institutions is highly preferred. Some exposure to banking applications like core banking, CRM, and other relevant systems is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in software architecture patterns and design principles.
- Strong understanding of security principles and best practices (e.g., OWASP, SANS).
- Proficiency in various technologies and frameworks (e.g., cloud computing, APIs, microservices).
- Familiarity with security standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, PCI DSS, local data privacy laws).
- Excellent modeling and diagramming skills (e.g., UML, ArchiMate).
- Basic understanding of network security principles.
