Senior Technical Lead - Network & Communication

Job Responsibilities:
Design and administer network infrastructure by configuring and maintaining routers, L2/L3 switches, load balancers, voice gateways, and mobility solutions to ensure high availability and seamless communication.
Design security infrastructure across multiple vendors by implementing L3/L4 firewalls, next-generation firewalls, IPS, IDS, web application firewalls, identity services, and security proxies to protect against cyber threats and ensure data integrity.
Administer and maintain VoIP infrastructure for various vendors, including Avaya, CUCM, CUC, CUP, contact recorders, media sense, and Imagicle, to ensure efficient and uninterrupted voice communication.
Ensure compliance with security standards by implementing data zoning, segmentation, cryptography, DoS protection, disaster recovery availability, and strict change management processes to enhance security and regulatory adherence.
Monitor and analyze security logs by utilizing advanced monitoring tools and promptly taking corrective actions to mitigate risks and prevent potential security breaches.
Provide third-tier technical support for IT service management by troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex network and security issues to maintain operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or any related field
5 – 7 years of experience in senior network position
Proven experience in network infrastructure, security, and communication systems administration
Professional certifications in networking, IT systems, or network security (e.g., CCNP, CISSP) are an advantage
