Hiring: Senior Technical Office Engineer – MEP

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Office Engineer – MEP to join our team for ongoing villa construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and coordinate MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals

• Ensure MEP works comply with project specifications, design standards, and authority requirements

• Coordinate with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and design departments

• Support project execution through technical analysis, planning, and documentation

• Review BOQs, specifications, and construction drawings for accuracy

• Assist with value engineering, cost optimization, and technical problem-solving

• Monitor project progress and provide technical support throughout all phases

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• Proven experience as a Technical Office Engineer – MEP in villa or residential construction projects

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office

• Excellent coordination, technical, and communication skills

Preferred:

• UAE/GCC villa construction experience

• Familiarity with local authority approvals and regulations

• Immediate joiners preferred
