The Role

• Maintain and troubleshoot advanced scientific equipment to ensure peak performance
• Train users and offer technical support to facilitate research efforts
• Provide technical consultation, guidance on experimental design, and protocol optimization to research teams
• Validate, develop, and optimize protocols for new platforms or applications
• Train junior staff in advanced technical skills to promote team professional growth
• Organize technical seminars, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events
  
  

Qualifications And Qualities

• Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
• Experience in biomedical research and/or imaging/flow cytometry technology is preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to details and dedication to ongoing skill development
• Self-motivated, responsible, and enjoy teamwork
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
