The Role

Maintain and troubleshoot advanced scientific equipment to ensure peak performance

Train users and offer technical support to facilitate research efforts

Provide technical consultation, guidance on experimental design, and protocol optimization to research teams

Validate, develop, and optimize protocols for new platforms or applications
-
Train junior staff in advanced technical skills to promote team professional growth

Organize technical seminars, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events
Qualifications And Qualities
-
Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related discipline
-
Experience in biomedical research and/or imaging/flow cytometry technology is preferred
-
Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to details and dedication to ongoing skill development
-
Self-motivated, responsible, and enjoy teamwork
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
