Senior Technical Product Manager

Khazna was founded in 2019 with a mission to improve the financial well-being of the underbanked, who have little access to formal financial services by providing access to convenient, effective and secure smartphone-based financial services. Khazna has received the Central Bank of Egypt’s first prepaid card license and aims to become the go-to specialized bank for underbanked mid-to-low-income consumers across the Middle East. In the next phase of its journey, Khazna is looking to continue scaling up its operations in Egypt and to launch its operations in Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to lead the delivery for the complex, high-impact product initiatives. As a Senior TPM, you will be responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, aligning technical solutions with business goals,and working closely with engineering, design, and product managers. You will serve as a key bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless product delivery and value realization.

What you will do:

• Drive the end-to-end delivery of technical programs and features, ensuring alignment with business goals, scope, timeline, and quality standards.
• Own the delivery roadmap and execution plans, coordinating across engineering, QA, DevOps, security, and business teams.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning with an eye on velocity, dependencies, and blockers.
• Track progress through appropriate KPIs and reporting mechanisms; ensure project visibility to all stakeholders.
• Identify delivery risks early and work proactively with relevant teams to mitigate them.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment by acting as a liaison between engineering, product, operations, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, including automation, release processes and incident management.
• Manage communication with external vendors and partners when third-party deliverables are involved.
• Maintain a clear focus on delivery accountability while fostering a culture of ownership and excellence
Mentor TPMs and contribute to the growth of the product management function.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• 5–10 years of experience in Product Management with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
• Proven experience managing the delivery for technical products or platforms at scale.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and working closely with software development teams.
• Ability to write clear technical requirements and collaborate on design documentation (e.g., PRDs, user stories, diagrams).
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Excellent problem-solving, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Strong mentorship presence and ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineering, UX, and product managers.
