As a Senior Product Owner, Guardian Insights you will help shape Guardian’s next-generation reporting and insights platform for group customers and brokers. You will redefine how employers and brokers understand key topics like plan performance, costs, and network engagement—enabling smarter decisions and better outcomes. You will translate the product vision into execution by owning the team backlog, guiding customer experience decisions, and driving delivery across data ingestion, APIs, event-driven workflows, and key engagement features. The role requires strong product instincts, technical fluency, and a bias toward decisive action, along with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams to deliver meaningful customer and business value.
Define, prioritize, and sequence product features and requirements in the team backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
Maintain a consistent, practical quality bar—clear outcomes, intuitive user experiences, and reliable data—while saying “no” thoughtfully to lower‑value work to protect team focus.
Comfort working with relational databases (e.g., RDS, Aurora, PostgreSQL) and familiarity with event‑driven architectures (e.g., SNS, Kafka) and transactional email systems (e.g., SES, SendGrid).
The primary location for this position is Boston, MA , New York, NY, Holmdel, NJ or Bethlehem, PA. Position will require occasional travel.
Salary Range:
$118,980.00 - $195,465.00
The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
