  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create effective sourcing strategies. Source candidates: Identify and engage qualified candidates for technical roles through various channels like job boards, social media, professional networks, and niche platforms (e.g., Stack Overflow, GitHub). Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: Oversee the entire process from initial outreach and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Screen and evaluate candidates: Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess technical competence, skills, and cultural fit. Build and maintain talent pipelines: Proactively build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and interview teams to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process. Track and report on metrics: Maintain data integrity and report on key recruiting metrics. Promote company brand: Market the company as an excellent place to work. Stay current on technology: Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products to better understand job requirements.
