Senior Technical Recruiter – AI & Machine Learning

Russell Tobin is partnering with an innovative technology organization that is expanding its AI recruiting team. We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter who has successfully hired top engineering talent in highly competitive markets.

This is an opportunity to own full-cycle recruiting for cutting-edge technical positions while partnering directly with senior leadership and hiring managers across the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for highly specialized technical roles.
• Recruit top talent across Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Engineering.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates.
• Partner directly with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and establish hiring priorities.
• Provide market intelligence and influence hiring decisions through data-driven recommendations.
• Manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience with significant in-house recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting for AI, Machine Learning, Prompt Engineering, Data Science, or related engineering disciplines.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, AI Engineers, Applied Scientists, or similar technical talent.
• Strong sourcing capabilities using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and other talent acquisition tools.
• Ability to effectively partner with and influence demanding hiring managers.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting within robotics or autonomous systems.
• Experience hiring Prompt Engineers, Audio AI Engineers, or other emerging AI disciplines.
• Background supporting high-growth technology organizations.

• Ba se salary: $150,0 00–$170,000
