Senior Technical Recruiter (Banking Sector)
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within the banking sector (Software & Development, IT, Digital, Data, Cybersecurity).

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements-
3–5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.

Proven experience hiring for the banking or financial services sector is a must.

Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT profiles.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent English is required.
