Senior Technical Recruiter ( Banking Sector - Giza )
- ️ Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within the banking sector (Software & Development, IT, Digital, Data, Cybersecurity).
- ️ Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- ️ Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels.
- ️ Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- ️ Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
️ 4–6 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.- ️ Proven experience hiring for the banking or financial services sector is a must.
- ️ Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT profiles.
- ️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- ️ Fluent English is required.
