We are looking for a Technical Recruiter ( female ) in Lahore to identifies, attracts, and hires technical talent for IT, data science, or engineering roles. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through various platforms, screening applications, conducting interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit, performing background checks, and extending offers. Key skills include strong technical understanding, excellent communication, organization, relationship-building, and knowledge of technical roles and recruiting processes. Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Hiring Managers: Work with hiring managers to understand technical needs and define job requirements for technical positions.
- Write Job Descriptions: Draft clear, detailed job descriptions that accurately outline the technical requirements and responsibilities of the role.
- Source Candidates: Utilize digital tools, job boards, niche technical sites, and social media to find and attract qualified candidates.
- Screen and Assess Candidates: Review resumes and screen applicants to evaluate their technical competencies, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Candidates: Conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidates and arrange subsequent interviews with technical experts.
- Background and Reference Checks: Perform thorough background and reference checks to verify candidate information.
- Manage the Recruiting Process: Maintain an organized system to track candidates and communicate updates throughout the interview and offer process.
- Extend Offers: Present job offers to the most suitable candidates and complete the necessary hiring paperwork.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Expertise: A strong understanding of technology, specific technical roles, and the skills required for IT, data science, or engineering positions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and candidate processes efficiently.
- Sourcing Knowledge: Proficiency in various sourcing techniques, including social media, Boolean searches, and using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients and to assess soft skills like problem-solving and critical thinking.
