Senior Technical Services & Projects Manager (Lüleburgaz)

About the job

We are looking for a Senior Technical Services & Projects Manager to lead critical operations at our Lüleburgaz production site, covering both Medical Nutrition and Dairy categories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Factory Director, you will be responsible for the entire factory’s technical services and investment projects, ensuring operational excellence across all product categories.
• Leading and developing three direct reports:
  Automation Manager
  Maintenance Manager
  Utility & Solar Systems Manager
• Overseeing all maintenance, automation, utilities, and energy systems to ensure reliability, efficiency, and compliance
• Managing CAPEX and investment projects from feasibility to execution, aligned with business priorities
• Driving energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives, including solar energy systems and utility optimization
• Ensuring full compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Collaborating cross-functionally with production, quality, and supply chain teams to support continuous improvement and innovation

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or related fields)
• Minimum 10 years of experience in technical services, maintenance, and project management within manufacturing environments
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
• Solid understanding of automation systems, utilities, and energy management
• Experience in managing large-scale investment projects and budgets
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in IWS, TPM, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a strong asset
