Senior Technical Writer

Are you passionate about turning complex software features into clear documentation and engaging product videos?
We’re looking for a Technical Writer who can bridge the gap between Product, Engineering, and Users.

What You’ll Do:

Create and maintain product documentation – user guides, manuals, FAQs, API docs
Plan, script & create product demo videos, walkthroughs & training content
Prepare release notes, change logs, and version updates
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA & Support teams
Understand requirements and apply basic business analysis for accurate documentation

Must-Have Skills:

1–3 years of experience as a Technical Writer (SaaS / Tech preferred)
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Experience with product documentation & product videos
Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Notion, GitBook, MS Office / Google Docs
Exposure to Markdown, Git, Figma screenshots, UI annotations
Hands-on with video tools (Canva, Loom, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
Basic understanding of software products, APIs & business workflows

Good to Have:

Agile/Scrum exposure
UI/UX documentation sense
Experience in FinTech / RegTech / AML (optional)
