Position: Senior Technician – Heavy Mining Equipment

Location: Tharparkar - Sindh

Requirements:

Qualification:

DAE/B-Tech in Mechanical / Automotive or relevant discipline.

Experience:

Minimum 8–10 years of experience in maintenance of heavy equipment, preferably in mining, construction, or heavy industry.

Experience in inspection and identification of spare parts for equipment such as excavators (Komatsu), dump trucks (Tonly), dozers (Komatsu), Graders (Komatsu), Loaders (Komatsu), Cranes (Zoomlion and XCMG), etc.

Familiarity with OEM drawings, dimensional measurements, and quality verification of spare parts will be preferred.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of heavy mining equipment (excavators, dump trucks, dozers, graders, loaders, cranes, tankers, forklifts, etc.).

Ability to plan, supervise, and coordinate maintenance and repair activities.

Expertise in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance practices.

Sound understanding of hydraulic, engine, undercarriage, mechanical, electrical, and powertrain systems.

Proficiency and hands on experience of troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA).

Strong leadership, workforce management, and team development skills.

Understanding of HSE standards, risk assessment, and safe work practices.

Ability to interpret technical manuals, schematics, and OEM recommendations.

Effective communication, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Knowledge of spare parts management.

Pay: Rs130,000.00 - Rs160,000.00 per month
