Conduct analysis of body fluids (blood, urine, CSF), perform result interpretation and correlation, ensure accuracy before release, and communicate abnormal results to concerned doctors/consultants.
Run daily quality controls, review LJ plots, troubleshoot errors, perform proficiency testing (CAP/SOP-based), and ensure adherence to all SOPs and quality standards.
Calibrate and operate analyzers, perform routine and periodic maintenance, and coordinate with supervisors/biomedical teams for issue resolution.
Receive, store, retrieve, repeat, and reject samples/tests as required, ensure proper documentation, and support data entry and interpretation (e.g., EP evaluator).
Train juniors/trainees, manage stock and consumables, maintain records and logs, support CAP-related studies/method verification, and handle departmental data preparation tasks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Education: BS - MLT / MT (CLS) / Biochemistry
Experience: 05 to 08 years of experience as Staff/Senior Technologist within Chemical Pathology
