The Senior Telesales Agent will handle high-value leads, conduct advanced lead nurturing, and mentor junior team members. This role requires proven telesales expertise and the ability to convert prospects through strategic telephonic engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Lead Management

  • Handle premium leads and high-potential prospects
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis through consultative calling
  • Nurture leads through multiple touchpoints across the sales cycle
  • Convert qualified leads into site visit bookings and sales
  • Handle warm leads from digital campaigns requiring immediate attention

Sales Conversion

  • Close telesales deals for higher ticket products
  • Ability to close token amount on call and achieve client’s commitment
  • Upsell and cross-sell across project portfolio
  • Handle objections and negotiations at advanced level
  • Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
  • Re-engage cold and dormant leads from database

Team Support & Mentoring

  • Guide and mentor Junior Telesales Agents
  • Share best practices and successful calling scripts
  • Conduct call quality monitoring and provide feedback
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Handle escalations from junior team members

Strategy & Optimization

  • Provide insights on lead quality and source effectiveness
  • Suggest improvements to calling scripts and processes
  • Test new calling strategies and messaging approaches
  • Analyze call data to identify conversion patterns
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead nurturing campaigns

Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain detailed call logs and activity reports
  • Track personal and team performance metrics
  • Prepare daily/weekly performance summaries
  • Ensure CRM data quality and completeness

Requirements

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 3-5 years of proven telesales experience
  • Real estate or high-value product sales experience preferred
  • Track record of consistently achieving sales targets

  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills
  • Advanced objection handling and closing techniques
