Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Pre-Contract / Tender Estimator Specialist with proven experience in high-rise construction projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in pre-contract activities, tender preparation, cost estimation, and bid submissions for large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs for high-rise construction projects.
• Manage the end-to-end tendering process, including bid preparation, submission, and clarifications.
• Analyze drawings, specifications, scopes, and commercial terms to ensure accurate pricing.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Prepare pre-tender and post-tender clarifications, value engineering proposals, and cost breakdowns.
• Identify cost risks, assumptions, and exclusions in tender submissions.
• Support management with cost analysis, benchmarking, and bid strategy inputs.
• Ensure compliance with client, consultant, and authority requirements in all tender submissions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Tender Estimator / Pre-Contract Estimator in a contracting company.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise construction projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use towers).
• Strong knowledge of pre-contracting, tendering, and cost estimation practices in the UAE market.
• Proficient in MS Excel and estimation software.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contractual documents.
• Strong coordination, analytical, and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
