Senior Tendering & E-Procurement Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tendering & E-Procurement Specialist to manage and execute bids across government, UN, and corporate procurement platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on expertise in EPADS, SAP Ariba, and UNGM/Quantum systems and a strong understanding of procurement compliance and bid preparation.

Key ResponsibilitiesTender Identification & Analysis

• Monitor and identify relevant opportunities on EPADS, SAP Ariba portals, and UNGM/Quantum
• Review tender documents (RFQ, RFP, IFB, EOI) and prepare bid strategies

Bid Preparation & Submission

• Prepare complete technical and financial proposals
• Ensure compliance with eligibility, evaluation criteria, and documentation requirements
• Submit bids accurately and within deadlines on all platforms

Vendor Registration & Compliance

• Manage supplier registrations and profiles on EPADS, SAP Ariba, and UNGM
• Maintain updated company documents (NTN, tax certificates, financials, experience records, certifications)

Coordination & Follow-up

• Liaise with internal departments for required inputs
• Respond to clarifications and post-bid queries
• Track evaluation status and award notifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of tendering experience
• Practical experience working on:
• Government tenders (EPADS)
• UN tenders (UNGM / Quantum)
• Corporate / MNC tenders (SAP Ariba)
• Strong documentation, analytical, and compliance skills
• Ability to manage multiple bids under strict deadlines

Preferred Profile

• Experience handling large-scale public or corporate contracts
• Strong understanding of procurement rules and evaluation procedures
• Proven track record of successful bid submissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
