Senior Test Analyst

SENIOR TEST ANALYST:

• At least 3 years' experience as a QA Analyst performing manual testing e.g. functional, smoke, regression, end to end, integrations etc.

• Should display strong QA fundamentals and knowledge on test lifecycle (Planning, Analysis, Execution & Defect logging)

• Good working understanding of different test design techniques and apply them to the testing projects

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with QA Lead, QA Manager, Client SMEs, business analysts, developers and other delivery team members

• Carry out testing activities timely & seamlessly, across SDLC leading to no project disruptions or escalations

• Must have good understanding of defect lifecycle and Agile methodology is mandatory

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Must be able to work in an environment with shifting priorities and multiple competing demands

• Able to help QA Manager/lead with metrics and reporting

• Proactively flag risks in a timely manner and help resolve the issues to avoid project disruptions

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

  • Ability to work independently and be a team player

  • Train/coach junior testers and carry out peer reviews on project artifacts as needed

  • Worked on at least 1 test management tool such as Jira, Test Rail, Qtest, HP ALM, Azure DevOps etc
