Senior Test Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of software test engineers.
Manage end-to-end STLC processes.
Design, develop, and implement automated testing frameworks and tools.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure the highest quality of software deliverables.
Define test strategies for complex projects.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Pursue opportunities to improve delivery quality and efficiency within the organization.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related engineering fields.

4+ years of software testing or test automation experience.
Experience in one or more programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java etc.
Strong knowledge in one or more of the following: Web technologies, Mobile technologies, Embedded systems.
Strong knowledge in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium etc.
Ability to develop test automation structure from scratch using test automation frameworks (pytest, TestNG, Cucumber, Robot Framework etc. )
Experience in DevOps practices (Continuous Integration, Jenkins)
Experience in Version Control Systems (Git)
Experience in Agile/Scrum Framework and Issue Management Tools (Jira, Azure DevOps)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of intellectual horsepower
Eager to follow, learn and apply new technologies and innovations
ISTQB certification is a plus.
