Senior Test Engineer - Manual (Temenos Transact Tester)

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Software Testing in BFSI domain

Hands-on expertise in Temenos Transact Securities Trade testing:

o Securities trading (equities, bonds, funds).

o Portfolio management and valuation.

o Custody operations and safekeeping.

o Corporate actions (dividends, rights, splits, mergers).

o Trade settlement and reconciliation.

o Fees, commissions, and charges processing.

• Should have Hands-on experience in Temenos Transact AA-Finance/Loans, AA-Deposits and AA-Accounts modules in Transact R20 or higher release.
• Good Hands-on experience in testing of Arrangement Architecture module , Temenos Payment HUB (TPH), and Payment order module in Transact-R20.
• Must have strong experience in testing Retail banking solutions of Transact R20 or higher and experience in functional / domain knowledge with good testing skills.
• Exposure towards Customer, Account, funds Transfer, Money Market, Loans and Deposits modules in Temenos release R20 and above
• Should have good knowledge in Transact enquiry, Version, templates, OFS strings -messages, Batches and services
• Have prior knowledge of Banking products, and understanding of Temenos Transact configurations
• Previous experience with Temenos Transact Testing including products and integration testing with other applications
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
• Having Islamic banking knowledge is huge plus
• Good experience in using Database queries (SQL/Oracle) for testing related activities
• Experience on Test data preparation/sampling
• Familiarity with test automation and QA tools, such as:
• Selenium / Appium – for functional automation and mobile testing.
• Postman – for API testing.
• JMeter – for performance testing.
• TestNG / JUnit – for test case execution.
• Jenkins – for CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Test automation experience is huge plus
• Usage of Data Conversion tool is a plus
• Data profiling is plus
• Technical background and an understanding of the banking or financial services industry
• Knowledge of digital platform is added advantage
